P40 - Mermet Gold Pendulum

This pendulum has a large cavity that allows you to insert various substances to amplify the pendulum/witness resonance. The witnesses to be used can be solid, powdery (powder in a small piece of paper or a small folded bag), liquid (soak a piece of cotton wool or white blotting paper), or word witnesses (written on paper).

The top of the pendulum is perfectly spherical, giving it the same aerodynamic velocity as a ball. The upper part can be unscrewed (to insert the witness) very easily thanks to a circle of small grooves that allow for a good grip with the fingers.

The cotton cord ends in a small bead and is equipped with a small element called a "length adjuster". This clever little element slides along the cord and allows you to determine the optimal cord length. During future research and exercises, you will no longer need to adjust the length of the string; you will immediately use your pendulum at the same optimal length as the previous time, which is a significant time-saver in these times when we are often in a hurry.

It is useful to keep your pendulum in an individual pouch. In the pouch, you can add a sulfur disc or a small piece (taken from your sulfur stick), so your pendulum will be cleared of the remnants of previous tests and will be neutral for each subsequent use.
