This site is the entire property of S.R.L. Servranx, as are all related rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners. However, hypertext links to the site are permitted without specific requests.

The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual. If errors have been introduced, S.R.L. Servranx shall in no way be held liable.

Automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. S.R.L. Servranx confirms the order to the email address provided by the customer. The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.

The majority of our products offered on the commercial site are available at the sales counter in our offices.

S. R. L. Servranx undertakes to hand over to its carrier all references ordered by the buyer as soon as possible. This carrier is responsible for delivery to the delivery address provided by the buyer. Furthermore, regarding deliveries outside the European Union, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the import of products, customs duties, value-added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws applicable in the country where the order is received. Delivery will be carried out by La Poste via normal or priority parcel post, registered or otherwise, or by UPS (United Parcel Service) Standard or Expedited (U.S.A.) depending on the customer's choice and subject to availability for the destination country.

Every effort is made to ensure that orders arrive in good condition and within normal estimated times. Any potential delays by the carrier do not hold the seller liable and do not entitle the customer to any refund or damages and interest.

The following are considered cases of force majeure absolving the seller of its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents, and the impossibility of being supplied.

Goods always travel at the recipient's own risk. The recipient must check their package upon arrival and has a period of 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of partial loss or damage to our shipment. In the case of a technical product, the customer must take particular care to verify the proper functioning of the delivered device and to read the provided instruction manual. In the event of apparent defects, the buyer agrees to notify the seller within 4 working days.

For availability reasons, an order may be delivered in several packages. The customer then only pays for a single delivery. If the customer wishes to have two delivery locations, they must place two orders, with the associated delivery costs.

The prices of all products are net, in euros, including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. They are subject to change at any time without notice. Items are invoiced in euros based on the prices indicated on the site at the time of the order. An invoice is attached to every order. If a discrepancy in price should arise, the buyer and the seller will refer to the latest official price list published by the company on its site. The final price of the order includes the net prices of the goods, including VAT, as well as the price, including VAT, of all services related to the shipment of said goods, including handling and packaging.

The regulations are set by the European Union.

1– Shipment to a country in the European Union: (for any shipment to the billing address) a/ If the recipient is not subject to VAT: invoicing includes Belgian VAT. b/ If the recipient is subject to VAT: invoicing excludes Belgian VAT with verification of the recipient's identification number (Intracommunity VAT).
2– Shipment to a country outside the European Union: invoicing is exempt from Belgian VAT.

Items are payable at the time of order. Payment is made by credit card, as offered in the online ordering module. Ogone and Paypal are the two secure banking environments used for online payment of your purchases on the S. R. L. Servranx commercial site.
The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the relevant bank payment centers have given their approval (Ogone, Paypal, etc.). In the event of refusal by said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer will be notified by email. Furthermore, S.R.L. Servranx reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute. As the refund of a payment made on the OGONE or Paypal site incurs significant costs, it will not be accepted if the reason is an error attributable to the customer.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be shipped as soon as the payment appears in the appropriate Servranx Editions account.
Payments by check have no longer been accepted since January 1, 2024.

This contract is subject to Belgian law. S. R. L. Servranx cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial, or bodily, which could result from improper handling of the marketed products. The same applies to any modifications to products by our suppliers. The liability of S. R. L. Servranx will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be questioned for simple errors that may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of a professional association in the branch, a consumer association, or any other advisor of their choice. It is recalled that the search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short period" of the legal warranty, nor the duration of the contractual warranty. It is recalled that as a general rule and subject to the assessment of the courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual warranty assumes that the buyer honors their financial commitments to the seller. Claims or disputes, which must be submitted in writing within eight working days, will always be received with attentive kindness, as good faith is always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain these situations. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. Failing that, the Brussels Commercial Court has sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted. In all cases, S. R. L. Servranx cannot be held liable for non-compliance with regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the country of receipt; the liability of S. R. L. Servranx is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, the value at the date of sale. If the buyer takes legal action, they must do so within a "short period" from the discovery of the hidden defect.

Providing the personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, as this information is essential for the processing and routing of orders, the establishment of invoices, and warranty contracts. Failure to provide this information leads to the non-validation of the order. In accordance with the law, the customer has the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete data concerning them, which they can exercise with S. R. L. Servranx.

Placing an order with S. R. L. Servranx implies agreement on all points above.
