Depending on the destination country of your order, we offer several options.
Details of shipping costs are always indicated on the order. The customer can change their choice of shipping method until validation.
1/ Belgium
– Economy shipping: cheapest option
– Registered shipping: signature required upon receipt.
– UPS (private carrier) fastest option. Your phone number is essential in case UPS needs to contact you for delivery. Recipient signature is required upon delivery.
2/ France and European Union (E.U.)
– Economy shipping: no package tracking, more economical rate, slightly longer delivery time, between 8 and 10 working days.
– Priority shipping: no package tracking, higher rate, shorter delivery time, between 6 and 8 working days.
– Registered shipping: shipment is delivered to the recipient. Tracked package.
– UPS (France, United Kingdom, Spain, and Germany): private carrier, fastest option. Your phone number is essential in case UPS needs to contact you for delivery. Recipient signature is required upon delivery.
3/ EUROPE outside the European Union
– Goods are invoiced excluding taxes.
– Economy shipping: no package tracking, more economical rate, slightly longer delivery time.
– Priority shipping: no package tracking, higher rate, shorter delivery time.
– Registered shipping: shipment is delivered to the recipient. Tracked package.
4/ Rest of the world
– Goods are invoiced excluding taxes and always shipped via registered mail. Tracked package.
Shipping of goods

Our items undergo double inspection during packaging and are packed with the greatest care.
All orders travel at the buyer's own risk.
If the delivery is unsatisfactory, the buyer must file a complaint with the carrier (BPost, UPS, etc.).
