A healthy human being emanates a radiance that makes them attractive and desirable in the eyes of their peers. Félix Servranx, noting such essential points in life, created this very simple chart whose use requires no particular knowledge, as it draws all its powers from the very principles of life.

While for the youngest, it is not a question of rejuvenation, for the not-so-young, it could well take on the appearance of it. But only the appearance, because our chart only serves to manage the health capital of a person who avails themselves of its benefits.
