Health and beauty go hand in hand and, whatever some people think, a living being in perfect health is also a being of beauty. A healthy human being exudes a radiance that makes him attractive and desirable in the eyes of his fellow human beings. It is by noting such essential points in life that Félix Servranx created this very simple graph whose use does not require any particular knowledge, because it draws all its powers from the very principles of life.
