Little by little, a disconnection from oneself occurs, as well as the feeling of a stolen, wasted life. This situation will inexorably lead him toward a mental and physical entrapment from which it is difficult to escape.
Being fully conscious of one’s life makes it possible to break free from an “autopilot” lifestyle, to understand and organize the psyche of our personality. This gives us the intelligence, judgment, and philosophy to exist fully, to appreciate our state and our actions, and finally to escape the vicious cycle of malaise and, more seriously, depression.
Having full consciousness means enjoying all one’s current and past faculties of knowledge; it means being able to use this baggage optimally to lead the life that suits us.
