In 2001, Dr. M. Klieeisen of the Spanish Neuro Diagnostic Research Institute in Marbella certified, following experiments conducted with children aged 11 and 13, that cellular waves from mobile phones penetrate children's brains instantly and deeply. After two minutes of exposure, their electroencephalogram (EEG) profile becomes abnormal, an anomaly that persists for an hour after the call has ended.
